PAYMENT, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We thank you and appreciate your availing of services with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully. They will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our Users concerning any Service you avail from us. The Policy concerning refund and cancellation requests shall follow the forthcoming terms and conditions.
PAYMENT
All the Application shall be directly purchase from the Application Stores, such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other third party platform, as available for various operating system. The payment towards the Application shall be done direct to such Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other third party platform and not to the Application/Company itself.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Mlympix does not refund any amount marked as paid out to Users, as the Application as a product is purchased from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other third party platform. All your refund and cancellation request shall be entertained by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other third party platform and their policies, as applicable.
The Company reserves the right to deny any refund requests and suspend the account of any User who is found to have made more than three consecutive cancellations and/or charge a cancellation fee as it deems fit.
The process takes 15 to 30 days or as communicated to you, from raising a request until the release of refund payments if approved by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other third party platform.
